Found one in "Cute" magazine, Christmas 2013 edition.
The pattern was for a Christmas card, but I added name, birth date and it looked just amazing. Don't you think so? ;)
Stitched on a DMC 32count Cream Linen.
Finally found a perfect frame for it, vintage looking one.
